Issues with Transport for London Vehicle Registration?

Advocating for Drivers
Affected by The
Personalised Number
Plate
Issue

Welcome to Number Plate Scandal, a platform dedicated to exposing systemic failures in Transport for London’s (TfL) handling of personalised number plates, Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) compliance, and the Congestion Charge scheme.

These failures have caused wrongful penalties, ignored appeals, and harassment by enforcement agents. At the core of the problem lies poor data management, flawed DVLA information flows, and mishandling of personal data under UK GDPR obligations.

Our mission is to highlight these systemic flaws, demand accountability, and push for reforms in how TfL and associated bodies manage driver data, issue fines, and respond to formal complaints.

By publishing case studies, official correspondence, and media investigations, we aim to provide transparency for the public, guidance for affected drivers, and pressure for long-overdue reform in TfL’s data handling, enforcement, and governance practices.
